Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in specific situations where the product delivered to you is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. Since most of our products are organic food and consumable items, returns are subject to strict quality and hygiene guidelines. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
Customers must report any issue related to the product within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after this time period may not be considered. This time limit helps us ensure product safety and maintain hygiene standards.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of organic and food-based products, certain items are not eligible for return. Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed cannot be returned under any circumstances. Additionally, items that are damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, or misuse by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return.
Products purchased during special offers, discounts, or promotional sales may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return request, customers must contact Riddhi Siddhi Organic through our official contact details. While submitting the request, customers are required to provide their Order ID, clear images or videos of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue faced.
Once we receive the return request, our support team will carefully review the details and verify the claim. This review process generally takes 2–3 business days. After verification, customers will be informed whether their return request has been approved or rejected.
Refund Policy
If a return request is approved, the refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our team. Refunds are initiated only after we confirm that the product meets our return conditions.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges, handling fees, or convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Orders placed with Riddhi Siddhi Organic can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Customers who wish to cancel their order must contact us immediately after placing the order.

Shipping returns
While we ensure proper packaging of all orders, there may be rare cases where products get damaged during transit.
